Ingredients Serves 5
- 2 green apples
- 2 celery stocks
- 2 cups red grapes
- 1 cup walnut
- 4 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs olive oil
Cut the celery stocks into thin slices.
Cut the grapes into halves and remove seeds if applicable.
Crush the walnuts in halves or crush using blender.
Core and slice the apples into medium sized pieces.
Toss all the ingredients, dress the salad with olive oil and lemon juice.
