Ingredients Serves 4
- 8.5 oz/240 g penne pasta
- 4 (14 oz/400g) tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 chili peppers
- Small bunch parsley
- 3.5 oz/100 g parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp oil
Peel the tomatoes, cut into small cubes.
Crush the garlic, seed the chili peppers and chop them up.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add garlic and chili pepper, sauté for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Add the tomatoes and cook for 5 mintes. Remove the garlic.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Combine cooked pasta and sauce, add 3 tbsp finely chopped parsley, mix well. Serve with grated parmesan cheese on top.
