Ingredients Serves 4

  • 8.5 oz/240 g penne pasta
  • 4 (14 oz/400g) tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 chili peppers
  • Small bunch parsley
  • 3.5 oz/100 g parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp oil


  1. Peel the tomatoes, cut into small cubes.

  2. Crush the garlic, seed the chili peppers and chop them up.

  3. Heat oil in a frying pan, add garlic and chili pepper, sauté for 2 minutes over medium heat.

  4. Add the tomatoes and cook for 5 mintes. Remove the garlic.

  5. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

  6. Combine cooked pasta and sauce, add 3 tbsp finely chopped parsley, mix well. Serve with grated parmesan cheese on top.
