Ingredients Serves 2
- 1 zucchini
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 3.5 oz/100 g feta cheese
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cut the zucchini in halves lengthwise as shown in the picture and scrape each part out with a tea spoon.
Cut feta cheese finely.
Cut scraped zucchini's pulp finely,
mix it with feta cheese, add salt and pepper to your taste.
Stuff hollow zucchini forms with the mixture.
Slice the cherry tomatoes and put them on top of stuffed zucchinies. Place them into the oven at the temperature of 350-400F for 35 munites.
