Ingredients Serves 2
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 tbs peanut butter
We will need slightly overripe browned bananas.
Peel the bananas and cut them into thin slices. Place banana slices on a plate and freeze for several hours.
Puree banana slices in a blender until it's perfectly smooth and creamy. Use powerful blender (at least 600W)
Add half spoon peanut butter and puree once again. Serve immediately if you like soft ice cream or freeze for for a few hours.
