Ingredients Serves 4
- 1 cup ripe strawberries
- 2.5 cup natural yoghurt
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup ice water
- 1/2 cup ice
Rinse the strawberries, remove the stems. Using hand blender, puree berries with sugar, then chill in the frige for half an hour.
Crush ice cubes in the blender, add ice water and blend until it looks like melting snow.
Blend together berry puree, snow water and yoghurt. Serve immediately.
