"Nothing tastes better on a hot, sweltering day than a refreshing glass of lemonade. But I don't like sugar in it, so I was looking for a healthy alternative, and found that stevia is the best way to sweeten up my cold drinks!"

Ingredients Serves 2 - 3

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp stevia powder

Method

  1. Squeeze the juice out of 1 grapefruit and one half of a lemon. By the way, you don't need a fancy juicer for that. Help yourself with a fork. Just put it into the flesh of citrus cut into halves (as shown on the picture), and move it while you squeeze the grapefruit (or lemon). Easy!

  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of stevia powder. Or 2 tablespoons of sugar. But I prefer stevia, as it's natural sweetener and it's much healthier than refined sugar. Mix.
