Ingredients Serves 3 - 4
- 2 oranges
- 2-inch/5cm ginger root
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 lb/800 g brussel sprouts
Grate zest of one orange. Squeeze about 2/3 cup of orange juice.
Combine orange juice, orange zest, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. Mix well.
Place brussel sprouts in a large deep bowl, pour in the sauce and toss together.
Transfer brussel sprouts into a baking dish, place into the oven and bake at 430F/220C degrees for 30 minutes.
