Ingredients Serves 6
- 2 cups cranberries or cowberries
- 4-5 tbsp agave or maple syrup
For this recipe you can use fresh or frozen berries. Allow frozen berries to thaw at room temperature for about 30-40 minutes.
Place the berries into a sieve over a pan. Push the berries against the sieve with a spoon until all the liquid is in the pan.
Pour 6 cups of water through the seive with leftovers and push them again to get the most juice from the berries.
Add 4-5 tablespoons of agave or maple syrup into a pan. Traditionally morse was made with honey, but in my opinion, vegan version smells and tastes beter.
Mix well and pour into glasses.
