Ingredients Serves 4
- 3 cucumbers
- 2 eggs
- 14 oz/400 g canned green peas
- 4 leaves lettuce
- 4 tbsp mayonaise
- 1/4 tsp salt
Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
Boil the eggs over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, then cool, shell and chop them up.
Tear the lettuce to small pieces, put them into salad bowl. Add the cucumbers,
eggs, green pieces (without liquid), mayonnaise. Salt to your taste and mix everything up thoroughly.
