Ingredients Serves 1
- 1 persimmon
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- Dash cinnamon
Peel and slice 1 ripe banana, place the slices in a single layer on a flat surface and freeze for a couple of hours (or overnight).
Take one very ripe and soft persimmon, cut into several pieces and remove seeds. Place into a blender together with frozen bananas.
Squeeze juice out of one orange, add a tiny dash of cinnamon.
Process until perfectly smooth. If you want it thinner, add some vanilla flavored almond (or soy) milk to reach desired consistency.
