Ingredients Serves 2
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 oranges
- 1 cup almond or soy milk
Peel and slice 2 bananas, place the slices in a single layer on a flat surface and freeze for a couple of hours (or overnight).
Using a small-hole grater, grate about 1 tablespoon of orange zest.
Squeeze 1.5 cup of orange juice. (You will need about 2-3 oranges depending on the size).
Place frozen banana coins into a blender and process until the consistensy is creamy.
Next, add the orange juice and zest. Add one cup of non-dairy milk (almond, soy or rice). Blend untill smooth.
Now your smoothie is ready! Pour into glasses and enjoy the taste! ♥
