Ingredients Serves 2 - 3

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews or almonds
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1 cup desiccate coconut

  1. Process one cup of raw nuts in a blender until finely ground. I used cashews but almonds are also good. Transfer the nut powder into a bowl.

Your ingredients call for the zest of an orange, but the body of the recipe calls for the zest of a lemon. Do you use both, or is that a typo? Sure sounds fresh and delicious.
