Ingredients Serves 3
- 5 cucumbers (16 oz/450 g)
- 1.5 lemons
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cups water
Peel and roughly cut the cucumbers. Squeeze the juice from the lemons.
Place the cucumbers with 3 tablespoons of sugar into a blender and process until smooth.
Pour the cucumber pulp through the sieve. Push gently with a spoon to get more juice.
Add lemon juice and 2 cups of water.
Put several cucumber slices into a jar, then pour the lemonade. Let sit for an hour in a fridge. Serve cold.
