Ingredients Serves 1

  • 1 small banana
  • 5 pitted prunes
  • 1 cup soy or almond milk

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender jar.

  2. Blend until perfectly smooth. Add some soy or almond milk if smoothie is too stiff. Serve immediately in a large smoothie glass.
