Ingredients Serves 1
- 1 banana
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup soy or almond milk
Place banana's pulp together with straberries into blender. You can use fresh or frozen berries.
Add soy milk. In case your blender cup is small in size, add milk gradually in order to avoid running out.
Blend until smooth. Add more milk if smoothie is too stiff. Serve in a big smoothie glass.
