Ingredients Serves 4
- 1 (6-ounces) can pitted black olives
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 14 oz/400 g frozen green beans
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Cut each olive into halves. Remove seeds from the bell peppers, cut them into small cubes. Chop the tomatoes roughly.
Heat the oil in a large skillet, cook the green beans over medium-low heat covered for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Next, add the olives and the bell peppers. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Mix well. Cook covered for further 10 minutes.
Add the tomates, accurately mix together and after 2 minutes turn off the heat. Serve hot or cold.
