Ingredients Serves 4
- 3 large tangerines
- 1.8 oz/50 g dark chocolate
Peel the tangerines and separate them into segments. Break the chocolate into small pieces.
Melt the chocolate in water bath. Put the chocolate pieces into a dry bowl placed over boiling water.
Stir the chocolate frequently until it is completely melted.
Dip the tangerine segments halfway into chocolate, then set them in a parchment. Optionally sprinkle with some sea salt, ground nuts, or chili pepper.
Place into the fridge for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
