Ingredients Serves 3 - 4
- 3/4 cup raw almonds
- 12 dates
- 4 tbsp dessicated coconut
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
Grind the almonds in a blender.
Wash the dates, remove seeds. Squeeze lemon juice. Place the dates into a blender jar, add lemon juice and process until paste consistensy.
Mix almond powder, date paste, 3 tbsp water and the rest of the ingredients, mix thoroughly.
Shape the dough into small balls, roll in dessicated coconut, sesame seeds, cacao powder or ground nuts.
Put into a freezer for 15 minutes before serving.
