Ingredients Serves 1 - 2

  • 1 plate fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/3 lemon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 stems parsley

Method

  1. Wash fruits and vegetables. Cut the apple, pear, banana and celery into pieces. Squeeze juice from the lemon.

  2. Place fresh spinach leaves into blender jar, add water and process.

  3. Then add celery, apple, pear, parsley and process until smooth. Then add lemon juice, mix again and serve. You will get about 17 oz/500 ml green smoothie.
